Default On ford warranty

On a 08 6.4 I have 73K on my truck. I know the warrenty is 100K on the motor. Does that cover the egr cooler? The drive train is gone at 60K which mine is. But the egr cooler is bad and it needs replacement. Fords EGR is $490.12. I would prefer to do the delete but I would have to by a new tuner for the egr shut off.

Does anybody know can you shut off the egr with the AE software.

Hate to say it but.. it depends on the Dealer. I'd call around and pose the question.. see what the responces are ?
