BTW, it took about 20 minutes or so to change the air bok out.

AFE sells good filters! If I was going to an aftermarket filter, it would be AFE. Many people here are running them and without problems.

I had a Detroit Diesel 8V92TA in a KW dump truck in 1980. That sucker would put out 425 hp but would never out pull a CAT.

I've got a S&B cold air intake and so far i'm liking it.

Default Intake

I also have theS and B intake on my truck, love it. The guy who sold it to mm a tually talked me out of a higher priced unit which he also sells, he stated that the S and B flows the same. Made a difference, but the real difference that came was with the DPF and CAT delete and H and S programmer. Unbelievable now. Good luck with your endeavors. Happy motoring.
