I was running 70 most of the time. Sometimes a little faster or slower depending on traffic.

That's great!!! As the truck gets broken in, your mileage should increase. As Dave asked "how fast were you going?". When I had my 7.3, I tried to keep the rpm's below 2,000 (70 mph), although it was tough at times depending on traffic.

Just picked up a 2011 leftover 250 cc/sb 4x4 yesterday. 3.31 gear. Still on the first tank (266 miles total on the truck) and avg mpg is 20.6. No interstate driving, all county roads in the adirondack mts of northern NY. I'm hoping the comp is close.
