Default Glow Plug Relay Not Pulling in

OK Friends I know you have the answer for this.

My truck is running well after I get it started, my relays are new, I have power to the large wire (the feed side)to each one, when I turn the switch on the gp light comes on for what seems to be a normal amount of time and then goes off, but neither one of the relays pull in to transfer power the gp or intake air heater

Where do I start to find the problem

Thanks for your help
