I found this cold air intake mod that was done by member seawolf to his 1997 OBS truck.

I like that mod on the excursion. seems like it will flow well. I think im going to copy on my 7.3L. How is the PVC attached at the airbox?

It looks like its staying put under its own power.

Could just be a good tight fit.

Default doodad mod modification

i had said that if need be i would have to modify my mod; well i had to mod my mod....
here is the latest revision: i used a metal sink strainer, superglued it into the coupler and screwed the pieces together (rather than glue) in case i needed to have better access for whatever reason...
