I was looking at doing Biofuel processor, BUT there’s a company here in town that is buying up all the waste veg. oil from most of the food business’s and turning it in to Biofuel. So the little guy has no chance in doing it. I was trying to think of another way of doing it.

That's the problem for an individual to make his own biofuel. Once the "big guys" figure it out, then they want to shut out the "little guys". I would think that if you could find a little "mom and pop" store/restaurant, you could strike a deal with them.
