you can find an incomplete list on biodiesel.org - there is a menu for retail and distributor maps.

You are in the right part of the state to get it.

So far, here in the Philippines as well as in the Pacific, only Petron sells Bio-Diesel.

I just went to the Philippines last month and diesel wasn't even a dollar yet and the same price for a coors there. And still cheaper than gas like it oughta be haha
