rebuilt the right side knuckle..
axle joint was destroyed, needle bearing in the hub exploded, wiped out the stub, wear-ever seal, and unit bearing... took 4 hours to convince it to come apart..

Put a new fuel pump and filter on and power washed the whole thing underneath (I can sit up under my truck).

In the past two weeks I changed the sway bar bushings, the starter, the rear ujoint, turbo compressor housing, injectors, glow plugs and wiring harness for the glow plugs and injectors... Woo glad that's all done!

this weekend, I replaced, the rear brake pads, emergency brake pads, rotors, oil bath seals on axles, and brake backing plates. I still have to adjust the emergency brakes because they don't "hold" the vehicle when engaged. When up on the jack, I had them tightened enough to stop the wheel from spinning when engaged, but take off the jack, and it don't stick. Project for next weekend. any tips appreciated... roadie821 at gmail dot com.

Washed and waxed it! Pressure washed the underneath, and sprayed the whole undercarriage with this:

Got the 100 gal aux tank, all plumbing and wiring installed...finally. (Got the tank from TailGunner and then had to do some surgery to make it fit.) Put 30gal in the aux tank and tested it out. There is some wiring problem in the controller, it doesn't automatically come on like it is supposed to, but no leaks and the main fuel tank didn't fall back off on the test drive, so I'm feelin' pretty good...don't even have any parts left over!

AFE cold air intake, Magnaflow dual 4" SS exhaust, DP tuner, and an ATS ported turbo shroud.

Racor 4500 CCV (see pix). Isspro Performax tranny, coolant, pyro, boost and fuel pressure) gauges. 134k miles, hard ARE tonneau cover. FPR mod. Aux tank install is in progress...
