I'm not talking about the crazing on the exterior of the lens, I'm talking about the original look of the lens where you can't look through the lens and see the light bulb. It has the ribbed lens on the inside. I had the same type of headlights on my '95 F-150. That is just how they used to make them on those trucks.

These are not my pics, but will show what needs to be cut out. I used a air cut off wheel and dremel tool. Its a dusty job, and alot of cut and try, cut and try till you get it to fit. I bought my Harley lights from a seller on ebay. Lights came with a template on what to cut. Also came with a adapter to convert the lights from 2003 style bulbs to the 2005 style.
