ask Possible new truck

The time has come. I have been pre approved for a loan, and I am going to the dealership on Saturday. It has all happened way quicker than I thought it would. And I have to go Saturday cause I am in the military (USCG, i know, you can barely call it the military, but lets make jokes later) and if I dont go Saturday, then I dont go for like 3 weeks cause I am operational and can only go so far. I want input on what you guys think. This is the address to the webpage that the truck is on: Used 2006 Ford F-250 For Sale | Huntington Beach CA . and there are many more trucks on there. I can only spend 24K. Dont tell them that. I am pretty sure that this is as high of a price that I can negotiate down with tho. Its bagged, but my buddy knows a lot about bags, and told me not to worry to much. What questions should I ask and what should I look for. Any input ASAP would help me out tremendously. Thanks for the help that I know you guys are going to give me. And moderators, I wanted to appolagize now if I posted in the wrong place. Have a great weekend guys, and please help!!!

You want the Oasis Report on that truck. The dealer will print out the report for you and it will show the service history of the truck. All of the work that Ford (any dealer) has done. Good luck on getting this truck!

Installed Jimmi Jammers.

Completely Stock.

I had a Detroit Diesel 8V92TA in a KW dump truck in 1980. That sucker would put out 425 hp but would never out pull a CAT.

Trade in value on that truck is 23k. Used 6.0's are now a dime a dozen, the bottom has really fallen out on their value. Perhaps not so much with lower miles like that, but it's still an issue. I'd be careful and patient. Getting some sort of warranty included may be smart as well.
