I have to go in and fix my sunroof. I was at my cousins house in the backyard and his kids and some of the neihborhood kids were throwing rocks at each other and a small pebble got lodged in my sunroof track causing damage. Long story short my sunroof will not pop up to vent mode nor will it seal completly at the rear its about an 1/2" low at the rear of the roof.
Any help on how to go about fixing this. Thanks in advance.

my guess would be that your whole headliner needs to come down to properly access everything.

From what I found about Sunroofs they are all the the same
in all Fords. I found a repair kit on ebay. Use Google or Bing.com and see what you find. You will be doing a lot of reading. Doug

in my 150 its pretty access to everything with out dropping the headliner.
might be able to see the problem before you tear out the headliner

Thanks guys I figured I'd be pulling the headliner (headache) removing the visors and that computer and most of the plastic. Damn what a way to spend my vacation.
anyway I will look on ebay for the repair kit. Thanks again, i'll keep you posted.
