I have a manual back window on a 2008 F350 but it is badly corroded need to replace. I would like to know if the original wiring is set for the electric rear window? so I can upgrade without to much trouble.

The way Ford does Optional wiring is to include every electrical option in the main harness but no further. You will have to look into the Ford Parts Manual (at your dealer or fordparts.com) to determine the part number for the connecting wire harness. I installed roof clearance lights on my truck. I got the 5 lights and went to Fordparts.com and looked up the wiring harness from the lights to the harness. Good Luck with the Rear window.
