We got home last night after our trip to Texas and The Hill Country. Man is it GREEN! We even had RAIN! Great trip.

i wish i had known you were visiting, we have lots of Super duty folks out here,
and yes we have had tons of rain and lots of green growing
canyon lake area is very nice

Thanks boatr, but I did not have more than 4 hours 'free' time. We were visiting my inlaws and their kids and their kids (double). I have not been North of Dallas, but I would like to see.

Here is is at 4:00pm and we are getting HEAVY rain. 0.50 inches in 20 minutes and it is still coming down. At best I figured we would get 0.10 inches. We need this rain!

We need the rain to slow down a little around here. From last Friday May 8th tell Monday 11 my rain gage was over 5 in,
don't know how many hours it run over. It's another Friday night and it's raining again.

We ended up getting 0.85 inches that night, according to my rain gauge.
