2012 F350 Interior Lighting issues

Hey Folks. I am a proud owner of a 2012 F350 that I purchased last December and have just joined this forum (new guy) because I am having issues with the interior lights. The interior lights do not come on when you open any of the doors. I can still manually turn them on with the overhead switches. Have checked the dash mounted dimmer switch and the dashboard lights will dim and brighten but still nothing with the interior lights. Anybody else every have any similar issues?

I am not sure about this, as I am not at home to try this out. I seem to remember that if you move the dashlight dimmer so it is "un-clicked" it will do as you want -or - it will turn on the interior lights full time...

Yes I tried the interior dimmer switch and it works for the dashboard lights but had no effect on the interior lights.
