The Motorcraft oil is not as important as the Motorcraft FILTERS. Other filters are build cheaper and in this motor it can create problems filtering the oil.

What Dave said. I use Shell 15-W-40 not sure if the 6.7 changed or not.

You might consider running an oil analysis for a baseline next time you change the oil; and then sporadically thereafter. They can help you determine if you are changing the oil "too soon" as far as oil quality parameters go and are useful to watch for any possible problems over the years.
