headlights custom aftermarket or OEM?

I broke a headlight today driving back from the lake, I have been looking at aftermarket custom headlights online and I was surprised at how inexpensive they were. Does anyone have a recommendation? Spyder auto has some nice looking "halo LED" type style, I want a quality part, something that will last.

I've got the Spyder Auto LED/Halo/Projector types on my 012.. I sure like'm. Changed out their bulbs to SilverStars... Super bright/broad light pattern.

Excellent Quality construction.. as good as OEM. Perfect fitment.

I found a set of the Spyder auto ones I really like for $258, were they hard to install, I assume you have to align them after install?

Nope, at least on my 12 they weren't*.. 4 mounting bolts for the assemblies.. a little wire splicing.. that's it.

I think they come unaligned (2wd/4wd ?)... so I aimed mine Up a bit.. but not to high so as to not blind folks.. when the 5r's in tow.

*on the 12's you halfta remove the Grille first. not a issue.

How's your headlight purchase?
Talked to two buddies the other day, with their new headlights one got Recon and other got custom black halo. You may want to check them too:

They should be here in 4 or 5 days. I got the Spyder auto ones, chrome because I have a chrome grill, with the halo and LED lights in them. I like the look of the black ones but I don't think they would look right with a chrome grill.
