Well, here's what I've learned about Super Duty automatic transmissions..
The factory trans does have some shortfalls.
The aftermarket has picked up n this and made even the Aamco stuff more robust.
So, unless you are pulling sled every weekend, or trying to put 600hp on the ground, you don't really need the BTS unit with the billet converter.. Unless you want to.

Factory should be fine for pulling the horse trailer and the enclosed trail for the quads

I am sure that most people don't need a BTS automatic transmission in their truck, but (That big little word BUT) but they are so much
more fun knowing your automatic transmissions can take anything you throw at it.

I happen to have a brand new in the box and never even opened yet, built last month by ATS PERFORMANCE DIESEL, 5 star converter for sale.
They sell for $1,450.00 everywhere.
I just sold my 03 and am letting this go for $950.00 plus shipping. ($60)
I have paperwork to go with it.
5 year, 500,000 mile warranty through ATS.
