Green light North Texas Powerstroke Rally Announced!! OCTOBER 3-5, 2008(See here for Early Info)

Quoted from Big K on the NTxPSA site
Quote:
Christmas gift giving has come early this year with the announcement the 2008 Power Stroke Rally. We have a few surprises in store for 2008, with a New Year comes a new season. With much discussion the 2008 Power Stroke Rally will be held in the Fall this year. We’ve held a Rally in the Fall before and it work out for us, so we are looking to have a successful event once again.

With that all said, the New Date for the 2008 Rally is….

OCTOBER 3-5, 2008

We do have 1 change to make to the way things are registered this year….

ALL CABINS MUST BE REGISTERED THRU THE CLUB!
(Do not try to call or register online, they will not let you)

The cabins will be on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASES.

ALSO, ALL CABINS MUST BE RESERVED FOR 2 NIGHTS,
Friday and Saturday Night

This makes it easier for everyone.
If you do not want it for 2 nights, then see if you can crash with someone that has one

Here are the new prices this year:

2 Room Cabin on Pond - $85.47
2 Room Cabin(sleeps 6) - $65.47
1 Room Cabin(sleeps 4) - $49.47

Once I have your name in place, I will instruct you on how to pay for your first nights down-payment.
(this will be required in the next few weeks)

Send an email to kevin@northtexaspowerstrokes.com with the "SUBJECT of CABIN FOR RALLY"

I will take them as they come into my email, this is the fairest way to do it.

More info to come and we plan to start the new year with a new look…..a NEW site is on its way

Stay Tuned!

All right now, if ya'll ever want me to come to the rally, you gotta pick a date thats not the same time as one of my kids birthdays.

The rally in May was the same time as my youngest son's birthday (the 18th) and now this new date is the same time as my daughter's birthday (the 5th)

No way my wife would ever let me miss the kiddies birthdays. Maybe next time around.

Probably can't get time off from school to make the trip but we welcome birthday parties too

Long ways out so it gives everyone plenty of time to make arrangements, let Big K know of how many will be attending with you and on what days when the time rolls around.
