I speak from experience on this one... My son's (17 year old) 1995 had some issues with starting. Taking forever to fire up. We even went as far as installing a switch to bypass the glowplug relay. If it doesn't turn over at all and you have no WTS light, check all of the battery/ground connections. Corrosion is terrible on these things. That is where I would start..- bondsman

DIY IDM hack
It does produce some more power. It has the most bang for your buck. Considering it only costs about 30 minutes of your time, a $.10 resistor, and some grey RTV.
