Help Needed What tranny do I have?? early 99 SD 7.3
So I made the decision to order a Gear Vendor unit, and found out from axle codes that I have the 3.73 ratio. Early '99 (as in 2/98 build date) SuperDuty 7.4 liter. 125,000 on the ODO. On the door pillar label, there is a "TR" code = "E", not sure if TR is "Transmission" or not...- Flinch

New 7.3 owner: Which Chip for Economy (not power) ???
Got my first Ford diesel this week. 1999 Lariat short bed 4x4 4door. Love it! :) Has 116k miles, but was owned by the Ford dealer himself - so babied. I actually USE the durn thing in my daily work (geology) - drive 120 miles on dirt roads each day @ 4000-5000 feet altitude. What I want is...- Flinch
