is it best to go from the body line in front of the door. some use wheel well but it isnt as good of method. generally the crew cabs f350s have 3-4" of rake withthe 4" stock block.. and the f250s are 2-3. witht he 2" stock block. I do have 2" addaleafs i told a guy he coukd have for 25 bucks.- MidwestOffroad

your that sacked out in the rear..humm.. like i said the one i just did the same lift in on friday had 4 inches of rake (measure from ground to the body line on door below the mirror and again next to the taillight. you should have 3-4" of rake on the 1 ton. the hangers were 450. make a...- MidwestOffroad

Hey red if you ever need a leveing kit i have a 3" icon/dr i had used very shorty , just put one in a budies 04 and hes has about 1.25 of rake with the stock rear 4" block,- MidwestOffroad

southern mn .I didnt have issues just when i had to leave work at 2 am it wanst fun siting there for 30 minutes letting it warm up. and then listing to it clatter all the way home which took only about 10 minutes so it never fully warmed up.. so like i said i just parked it for teh winter- MidwestOffroad

Biggest problem is it is the truck i want but not the truck i need. what it comes down to is i work 5 miles from home so i didnt drive it once from dec-april due to it being cold and waiting till it warmed up to drive it home 5 miles was just a pain. I missed this but the top mount on the rear and in the front do not require the steel sleeve in the bushing the bottom does need the bushing since it has a bolt to mount it. if the top does not go on check the mount to be surre the sleve from the old shock didnt come out.- MidwestOffroad

Transmission fluid flush pays
drop pan and replace filter first if you choose to. then fill. connect hose and start and run engine till the 6 0r whatever you choose measured amount pumps out. fill with that measured amount and repeat till you used up your 18qts of fluid.- MidwestOffroad

Trac Bar for Early 99' F250 Superduty
