Everyone, as a friendly reminder your truck may not be safe at your home, my truck was stolen out of my driveway in the middle of the night from (cypress texas)they somehow bypassed my alarm etc without me or my neighbors even hearing a thing between 12-6am another SDD was stolen in spring not far from me the next night. As for now my truck was found but in a impound lot in 200miles away awaiting the insurance to assess damages to it. Just a FYI to go over your security features . If and when I get it back or a replacement the next one will not move with out me or a flatbed dragging it on it when I'm not around.

Damn your right around the corner.
on my superduties i installed a fuel pump interrupt switch that was easy for ME to switch on or off, but not easy to find. on the 6.0, 6.4 and 6.7 she will just spin and spin and never start.
I wont say where they were, but even if your hand was probing around under the dash on either side, you would have passed right by it, if you didnt know it was there. I used it everywhere unless she was in the garage or on the carport.
might be putting on in the expy now

my 7.3 i left it OFF once and she ran but not with much go go , the 6.0 no start at all

Saw something on local Tv about another "reader" they can attach to a targeted car/truck that reads the Smart Key the next time it's used. They can then just come back and drive off.. with a key they've downloaded the chip info to.

Ba*^tards !

That's the thing, the chips can be bypassed.
