I need to change the the bushings from the bar to the front axle. Getting that clunk over bumps and two shops told me they are worn. Question is what brand? Saw Moog on Amazon for $9-$10. Should I just go to NAPA since I get a discount?

I've used Energy Suspension bushings in the past with good luck. I tend to swap to poly as the old bushings wear out. They last longer in my experience.

Thanks. That's what I was thinking. All the Energy Suspension sets I see come with swaybar end link bushings but I'm only doing the axle mounted bushings. Is poly poly or does the brand matter? I get a discount at my NAPA and they have three bushings listed but it doesn't list any as poly. I've been looking on Amazon and on other suppliers.

IMO poly is poly. I've used Energy Suspension, PST, and a couple of off brands. In fact I have no idea who made the link bushings currently on my Cobra and they work fine. The biggest thing I've found is keeping them greased.

All the bushings I've gotten have had grease come with them. There is a grease specifically for poly. Just be warned it's extremely sticky. You might want to wear gloves when you put it on.

No problem. It's what we're here for.

I used Energy Suspension a LONG time ago, have only good things to say about them. Over 100k on the replacements, no significant wear yet. Knock on wood...

Do you know if those are available without the end link bushings? What I've seen so far was the complete kit which I don't think I need but I need to crawl under when it quits raining and snowing to see for myself.
