Question NO start cold
I have a 2003 SD 7.3L Powerstroke, I just rebuild the transmission(4r100) put in shift kit all is good. The problem I am having is that it won't start in the cold .This was the case before the trans job.It would start when it was plugged in. The block heater is working.I replaced the ICP sensor...- TLarkin
