Any auto parts store including NAPA sells them,only catch is that they are more than likely gonna be a universal fit.

are the hangers from the 99-03 the same as the as the 94-97?

not sure, but I just bought 5 from NAPA. I think they were about 4.15 a piece.

trying to make my own exhaust (infront of rear tire) and will need new hangers.

those hangars sre the ones that are stock. They should work for you as long as you use the pin style hangar on the exhaust tube.

like the ones welded to the factory pipe? Not sure, you could just make them with some solid pipe
