I'm going to assume that a good percentage of the members on here with the 6.4 have experienced the "white smoke" either during regen or non regen. My question is after deletes and tune (DPF) has this also eliminated the smoke issue? Thankyou!

It should, But if you have not deleted the egr coolers then it could happen again.

yes, no more regen no more of the DPf burn off, no more white smoke. Depending on the tune you can start dumping out some black smoke !!!

Not sure I'm aware of the role the egr cooler plays as far as contributing to the white smoke. I have heard that the CAC can develop a small pool of water in the bottom that maybe sucked through the turbo and WaLa......smoke!

Your cooler will leak and after you shut down the motor the cooling sys. is still under presser and will push coolant into the up pipe on the driver side exhaust manifold and could build up. At some point it's going to heat up and steam and go out the exhaust. So just keep a eye on the coolant level.

i did the DPF/CAT delete and all the regen crap smoke stopped right away.
if you race the EGR may need to go right away..or what Dogman said ( Dogman; i have found by reading alot of his posts; is very knowledgable regarding the 6.4) will definetly occur. let it all cool down for a few minutes prior to shut down. it's good for the VGT.

FACT!!! I run the 275hp tune and it scared the hell out of me the first time I got on it... Day turned into night! My first words were "I am going to jail..."

However, if you don't constantly get into the skinny pedal than it wont roll much coal.
