it could be a bad fuel pump, or plugged up FPR
your put the damaged injectors back in?
there could possibly be an air leak in a fuel line causing the pump to suck air into the fuel. the damaged injectors make me think of that.
yes 500psi to fire injectors.
check #9 fuse. check wiring harness to make sure all connections are secure. batteries fully charged?
it took my truck about 10-15 cranking cycles to get going. that air gets stuck in there good sometimes.
i really like the performance friction carbon mettalics. more brake dust and they dont last as long as the napa gold pads i was running but they stop better. i get about 40k out of mine and after that the rotors were still nice and true and looked brand new still. im runnin the napa rotors...

i wouldnt be looking a new F550 if it wasnt for the larger 4 wheel disc brakes, 19.5" wheels, 6speed and a couple other odds and ends. still scared of the 6.0 though.....tring to find F450-550 4x4 crewcab...
