I am pretty sure you steering geometry might be off. when you drop the track bar you should drop the pitman arm from what i understand. With a lift your truck will ride a little stiff but not like crap. You can put a bigger lift with a coilover conversion if you have the money. Chances are it...- bmzebrin

I did some research before I got my lift. Yeah I wanted an ICON or Carli, but I didn't have that kind of money. I found the rough country 6 in lift, which has a 4 link setup to run 37's easy. Question Who Makes the best Lift (opinion)
i also got the rough country lift for my 06 super duty, but six inches and 37's. put it on myself and real happy with it. Upgrade to some bilstein shocks or something else if you have the money.
