Would anyone have an idea as to what might cause your steering column to squeak and creak, when turned to the right and left. It’s as if it needs to be oiled or greased, but I see no way to do so. 97 F250 Crew

Had the same problem, but my pump went out 80 miles out in the middle of no where and in AK that's can be five minutes from home. Bought an international part and it works great since install.
Yes talking about the the output shaft from the transfer case to the frt diff. I thought the greased type were better, as I've had better luck with them. I suspect I'll replaced the others given the mileage 130,000. Thanks
Yesterday when I engaged 4wheel drive system on my 97 crew, I heard nothing but grinding metal. My first thought, 4wheel drive is going! Turns out two of the sealed U joints are shot on the 4wheel drive. I'm not sure about others, but I have never cared for the sealed Ujoints with no zirk...
Glad you and your family are safe! I agree with Maxtor regarding self protection. We live in AK and everybody worrries about the size of animals and how deadly they can be, but the two legged type can be much more leathal.....

I'm told by the dealership that an additive made by Ford should be added twice a year to the radiator, would anyone happen to know if this is true? (97 F250 127, 000)
