Fumes in cabin
Husband says it smells like diesel. We've been so busy we haven't had much time to talk about it. He says it's going back to the shop today. Is the Y pipe something Ford would cover in their 100k mile warranty? If not, how difficult is it for the better-than-average backyard mechanic?- broken_4him

Fumes in cabin
In October we purchased a 2003 SD with 69k miles on it. Within 10 days it went into the shop for a bad injector sensor. We told them to just go through the engine while they had it, and they came up with an EGR code. For the first week out of the shop everything seemed to be operating fine...- broken_4him
