Ive heard that about K&N filters and have been looking for the tell-tale and haven't seen it yet. i make sure it's seated correctly upon putting back in. Upstate New York doesn't have the sand like CA. maybe thats why? I used an Amsoil air filter for years in my 90. Intake clean as a whistle and...

Thanks for the welcome. 2002 F350, CREW CAB,DRW,4X4, AUTO. K&N drop in, 6.0 trans cooler with a gauge and magnfine filter. Just installed Cortex 1950 tuner 2 weeks ago and did Zoodad mod 3 days ago.
