We have a similar thing with the filters we get from Mahle in Germany that are the same as the OEM ones from BMW. I think I will need to check out the Fram next time.
Thanks,
Chris
I have seen problems with aftermarket filter in my 20+ years as a mechanic. Plus if you have an engine failure and Ford sees an afrermarket oil filter it could void any engine warranty.
You should always use an OEM filter. There are other places to save a buck. I use Chevron oil formulated for diesels and it cost me 80.00 for oil and filter.
I also printed this and laminated them,

Updated Pictures
Finally got around to taking some updated pictures. I got the side steps finished, Powder coated the rings on the wheels black and started on the front bumper.
Is there an airbag sensor somewhere behind the front or rear bumpers?
Searched the site for "airbag" and "bumper sensor" and came up blank.:dunno
Thanks in advance,
Chris
