6.o remote start?
I have the viper 5901 which comes with remote start. I would recommend something with a 2 way remote so you can get confirmation of start and also be paged when the alarm goes off. The remote has a timer that waits 15 seconds before starting and you can set it to how long you wish to crank...- delta70

Question New to diesels and just wondering about starting
Well believe it or not it is close to being out of warranty. Truck has about 99000 miles on it. It does like you discribed, cold start or sitting along time it runs rough and doesnt have power. I guess I need to get off my butt and get it looked at quickly. Thanks for the replys both of you.- delta70
