Question TSB 09-16-2 Diesel engine ticking /tapping
I have also had this problem after my first oil change, and was promptly shown the TSB regarding the issue. However, after a couple of thousand miles, the noise worked itself out. Now I am on to my second oil change so we will see if this re-occurs.- DesertIC

Transmission Shutter
I have bought an 08 F350 single axle 4x4 and have the same sort of transmission/ shudder problem. However, mine only occurs during rain/ wet road conditions and only when I drive the truck hard enough to cause the transmission to downshift. Returning to Ford
This site is an ultimate one stop shopping source for information on the Superduty truck.
