Utility ATV's
I have had a Polaris 300 Sportsman for 10 years now, no major work on it and I work it like a dog...pulled trees, trailers and just playing around. Front Axle bearing
Big K, by tearing it down, I meant pulling the unit bearing off and greasing the shaft bearing, not tearing the bearing assembly apart. Thanks, sounds like Patrick had the same issue I did.- Diamond B Ranch

Make sure you replace the adjusting sleeve as well as the tie rod. The threads on the tie rod have been known to wear down and allow some movement. Another question about the guage....Is there anything special about the gauge and where would be a good spot to pick on up?
