No start

Just put in oil cooler and text drove,all was running good. Pulled back in at home and turned the truck off, went to start about 1/2 hour later and no start. I have good icp psi and 48v at ficm but no ficm sync and no voltage at icp. What do I need to check at this point? Sent from my...
