    Help! Belching White Smoke

    Smoke White smoke is over fueling, unburnt fuel a 6.4 should never do that, could be bad fuel ,sticking leaking injector or software. Might need a new program. if it gets worse or keeps doing it why not ask your dealer?

    Question few questions.

    Wires Flashing od light means codes in the trans control module you should scan test it not good to drive like that could damage trans. The wires could be to add a brake controller usually red white and blue.

    Gauge sweep Gauge sweep is normal when ever voltage drops to the instument cluster it self tests and hand shakes the data link when voltage comes back up. It does this to protect it self from low voltage damage.
