Cold Start Fuel Leak

In the mornings when I start my truck the temps have been just below freezing and I am noticing a fuel leak. It is dripping off the back of the engine down the back side of the oil pan. I checked to see if it was leaking from the drain valve but that does not seem to be where it is leaking...

How often should you test your SCA?

I checked it and then added some of the additive but now it tests at 3.4 is this too high? Is there anything I can do to bring the levels back down to below 3.0?

How often should you test your SCA?

I have a 99.5 with the green coolant. I was wondering how often you should test the SCA level? I last checked it in February.
