Help Needed rough when cold and white smoke

In addition, when it's 45 degrees or higher it won't blow any smoke, 40 degrees or lower is when I notice the smoke.

Mine will puff very light blue more of a white puff of smoke at my morning start up. other than that it won't do it for the remainder of the day?

anybody!! how to improve MPG on llifted truck

I would suggest lowering it back?
