    hell no i wouldnt have them do it anyother way. they measured it to see what the smallest oversize bore will be. then i ordered .030 over pistons and they miked the new pistons and bored it out according to the measurments of the new pistons. wouldnt have it done any other way.

    sounds good to me this manuale hasnt helped me one bit, i wanted to know what size fuel tank the truck had and it said i had a 32 gall i think anyways ended up haveing a 24 or 26 cant tell i have only been able to put in 23 gall that was way after the low gas light came on

    i am currently in the process of rebuilding my 2002 7.3 i need to find out the bore specs, runnout readings on the cam and baring specs things like that. my chiltons manual doesnt have any of that in it. what a waste of money buying that book.

    rebuild dont know of any mods to do, i think the bottom end of the engine should be plent stout enough in stock form for what i am gonna do with it. I would like to gut the ebpv whle the turbo is off and take that air intake heater off, but other than that it will be done stock i think.

    no just stock injectors, they are brandnew ones thoug i just replaced them about 4 or 500 miles ago. I borrowed a freinds gauge that goes up to a thousand psi, stil the same readings on the lower compression cylinders and the ones that i was guessing 300 are realy anywhere from 275 to 350psi...
