Take a look at the pic, they are clearly removable and replaceable on my 2005MY XLT PSD...

Dave if you lived closer, I'd be dumpster diving for these plugs! They are a factory item, these trucks all came with them stock. I sold Fords for seven years. The fact that the parts department can't pull up a part # baffles me.
