HydroBoost leaking

I haven't had much luck getting an answer. Everything (Ford related) that I read says replace the entire unit. I understand that it is around $500. I posted on another forum and the guy was going to replace his unit then tear down the old one and let me know if it had seals or gaskets that could...

Ford's newest diesel, the 6.7 liter

I agree- way too much to go wrong and most is so complicated that the average guy can't even do much work on them. My John Deere tractors aren't too bad yet; though between the 2002 and 2005 identical models that I have they made changes for EPA crap like adding a radiator to cool the diesel...

HydroBoost leaking

My 05 6.0 has developed a leak between the hydroboost and the - it appears to be where they bolt together. Any tips on a repair? Does it have gaskets, o-rings, etc? Where i can obtain a good service manual either online or otherwise. I looked at a Haynes and it doesn't cover this at all...
