Question clutch replacement
Just to let you know I finally dropped the tranny today with the help of my son balancing the whole tran and transfer case in one piece on a floor jack. The throwout bearing was toast but fortunately did not damage the tranny input shaft. Just waiting for a few more parts. and will replace...- leadfootlouie

Question clutch replacement
I need to do a new clutch not because of clutch but the throw-out bearing took a dump. 125k miles, not prob with clutch performance, no shudder or slippage but at this mileage will replace all. I looked for but could not find any recent postings or threads on this subject so would like any new...- leadfootlouie

Spedometer Not Working/ ABS light on
That was my guess. Prob have to trace wire back and see if any breaks or open insulation on wire.- leadfootlouie

Spedometer Not Working/ ABS light on
so this is great. I have the exact prob, no speedo and abs light on. did replace sensor on advice from friend/mech, but prob did not go away. However on rainy conditions the speedo seems to want to work. Any theories on grounding issues or shorting or anything like that?- leadfootlouie

Love my new/used f350 7.3
Hi folks Bought my f-350 diesel a little while ago. Love it, 2000 with 112000 mi on it just getting broken in. Its my work truck with a Knaphide body on it. Amazing performance.
