Full syn is a sin!!! Engine parts need to wear and seat as designed. I would go 10 to 15k on the blend before switching to full synthetic. You may want to verify in advance then to ensure you get what you request. After break in though I am a huge fan of synthetic.- loosenutz

Puking Coolant
Have 05 with 17k. In seven times for other crap that always seems to lead to new problems. Three times puking coolant. Most recent visit they said it was faulty EGR x?valve??? 20 miles later the engine locked up and I haven't seen the truck ( mayby a blessing? ) for nine days now, and the...- loosenutz
