    Well they road force balanced the tires the way the Ford engineer told them too. Replaced the rear driveshaft with updated one and neutralized the body mounts. After all that the service manager told me to either call Ford or call a lawyer.

    Ok, the Ford dealer did another road force balance and are replacing the driveshaft. I hope to get it back tomorrow night.

    I think you guys are missing my point. All of your ideas are good but, we are talking about a truck that is 4 months old with 5k miles on it. It has been back to the dealer for 5 weeks out of the 4 months. It goes back in Tues. for another road force balance.

    Ford engineer already road force balanced the tires once they are going to do it again, and adjust the body mounts.

    I've had a '99&'04 SD not my first rodeo. I expect the truck to ride like a truck not a caddy( I have a 05 sts also). The 04 had factory springs rode great put leveling springs on still rode fine. Ford is saying that all the new SD bounce going down the road. I find that hard to believe.

    Towing with the 6.7L

    I got rid of my 6.0 for a new 6.7 unbelievable the power it has. I tow a 40Ft 5er that weights 14-15K. I was very disappointed in my 6.0 compared to my 7.3.

    Pulled hitch Pulled out my 5th wheel hitch today. Debating on trading it in on a new GMC or Dodge. Very discouraged

    I have a 2011 F350 SWLB 4x4 and tow a 40ft 5th wheel that weighs 14500lbs. The truck has more then enough power and gets great fuel mileage empty and towing. My problem is the truck seems to bounce while empty going down the road. The dealer has had my truck for 5 weeks total to fix the problem...
