I was wondering how much hp and tq a stock f350 has and how much I could gain with some kind of tuner and which one would be the best choice for power but still get good mileage Thanks

I'm new to the forum and never had a diesel but am looking into a 1997 f-350 with a 7.3 it has 205,000 on it and some 35 inch tires it looks real nice and he wants $7800 is that a good price or not really and would anyone have any idea what kinda mileage it would get cause I'm tryin to get rid...
