anyone know if there are any conflicting issues with a bypass filter in a racing diesel? i'm currently in the process of modding mine

I just purchased an edge platinum with juice, 4" turbo back exhaust, and bullydog intake for my F250 that i am about to install. It's previously unmodded and I was curious as to what kind of settings the stock tranny can safely handle and at what point i need to upgrade the tranny? Still...
