The TPMS light should not effect inspection. It's not a safety problem and not emissions related. So your fine there.
Only way to get that light off is install the sensors into your new rims. Did you truck come with the band type or valve stem style sensors? If they are the band type no need...
You don't buy a hybrid to save on gas cost. Because you won't! You buy one to be more friendly to mother nature. Going green they call it :lmao
There are a few different types of hybrids and the Lexus is what they call a "power hybrid". And you'll gain 2-3 mpg over your standard model with...
Cool thanks. I check when the ac was cycling, def and floor/dash ac does cycle but on floor or dash it doesn't. It's been some time since I used the heat in the truck and when I had it on dash/floor thats when I heard it cycle. So thanks again for clearing this up for me.
I've been noticing that what ever I have my vent control set to, the AC compressor is cycling. But other then that the set control is working from floor, vents, floor/vents etc. Has anybody had this happen to them?
I just went out and found mine. It was located right behind the Right (passenger side) fog light. At what temp. should I start plugging in in over night? And my truck was purchased in Florida so I really didn't think it had one.
Here also my 03' 6.0 would do the same thing loping idle. Jumping at the stop light then it started stalling. Finally threw a CEL. ICP sensor "low voltage". Under warrenty and dealer replaced sensor.
I had 3.5" exhaust pipe laying around so i deleted the cat and muffler. Just got the truck back from the dealer for a warranty problem. Iratic idle, idle surging. I scannned it 2288 ICP sensor low volts. So I just had them replace it cause it's a PITA. Never mentioned the missing cat. Didn't...
I had 3.5" dia. pipe laying in the garage so I just deleted the cat and the muffler. My neighbor said it sounds like a jet engine. Is it normal to hear the turbo during idleing. Sounds like a turbine engine.
Figured I would ask so the 15ppm, (ULSD) at the pumps is maked with a green fuel pump handle correct? 50% of the time the pump is missing the sticker to say which fuel it is 15 or 500 ppm. Then when I go inside to ask, they have to clue. :cussing:
