    Thanks. I believe you are right about happening primarily in summer months. Has not happened for a good while now. Next time it happens I'll have to bring it in and see if any codes have registered.

    Does not happen often, maybe 3-4x in the trucks 26k miles. Display goes out on the ac/heating/fan controls. No amount of mashing buttons can make it come back to life. Does not work until after turning vechicle off to power cycle. Have not taken to dealer, as I figure they won't do anything...
