Sounds like a blend door problem. Very expensive, but there is a easier way Auto replacement part, blend door fix, Heat, AC replacement parts- rlast1

New guy own a 2009 F250 regular cab 5.4 4 X 4. Not much of a talker, but I am a mechanic at a fairly large fleet with probably 100 Super Dutys in many configurations.- rlast1
